It kept kicking me out of the meeting and when I was able to stay logged on it said my camera and microphone were unavailable even though I had permissions open for it. Nevertheless Martricia (sp?) was awesome as she has always been when I've met with her.

The person that scheduled this appointment for me was not the nicest person. The appointment went great and the NP that I spoke with was great and very helpful but the office staff that scheduled it was not very professional and not very pleasant. This is not the first time I had a problem with the office staff being not so pleasant. I was told once to call and make an appt by a conversation online with a nurse but when I called to make that appt I was told you guys don't do that, it was for a referral a while back for PT.
