I have never had the experience of being escorted from the exam room to the waiting room. I wish I would have gotten the ladies name. It was such a calming experience. It felt like a spiritual encounter. She had such a caring presence.I will never forget it.Also the greeter at the door was special.

Having an over two hour wait for a standard appointment is not acceptable. I love the NP but my appointment was with the doctor and I wasn't seen by the doctor which was disappointing on top of the extreme wait.
