Yes, it was very hard to get information on my surgery out. Dr. Aguilera, I went there three times to meet with Dr. Aguilera on appointments and didn't get very good. I didn't get really the information until right before I was supposed to go into surgery. I thought that was very uncool. Outside of that, everything else was fine, but not real happy with the no information and kind of wasting some time to and from appointments that didn't happen.

As soon as I connected with this practice, I immediately felt at ease. So grateful I chose Dr. Aguilera as my surgeon.

I thought the staff and the admittance and the doctor did a really good job listening and being concerned and coming up with a treatment plan and a plan of action. What I think could have been improved on is letting me know what that treatment plan involves, like what to expect and anticipate and what the aftercare would be like. So I still don't know exactly what that looks like, how long it would take to heal, potential problems as far as what could occur and how to address that. Perhaps this is something that would be discussed with when I get the call a week prior to surgery, but kind of knowing what to expect as far as downtime and healing time and ?

I thought the staff and the admittance and the doctor did a really good job listening and being concerned and coming up with a treatment plan and a plan of action. What I think could have been improved on is letting me know what that treatment plan involves, like what to expect and anticipate and what the aftercare would be like. So I still don't know exactly what that looks like, how long it would take to heal, potential problems as far as what could occur and how to address that. Perhaps this is something that would be discussed with when I get the call a week prior to surgery, but kind of knowing what to expect as far as downtime and healing time and ?

She told me she could fix my issue when other Drs that were supposed to be the best said it couldn't be fixed I wish I would have went to her years ago.

Yes, it was very hard to get information on my surgery out. Dr. Aguilera, I went there three times to meet with Dr. Aguilera on appointments and didn't get very good. I didn't get really the information until right before I was supposed to go into surgery. I thought that was very uncool. Outside of that, everything else was fine, but not real happy with the no information and kind of wasting some time to and from appointments that didn't happen.
