However, they took their time in really helping me understand the procedure my daughter needs to have. They didn't rush me, and patiently explained even the simple details involved. I feel like we are receiving the best care possible and I am so grateful for the entire staff.

Doctor was friendly and fast. Staff did not seem well trained to work with infants. They struggled to get blood pressure reading and place monitors on. Infants cannot expected to be still.

I only wish we could make appointments right before we leave like they used to do. Sometimes I forget to call and make the appointment, so it's much better if I make the appointment as I'm leaving.

The cardiac resident listened to my concern about my child's health, however, the attending didn't provide adequate information about the issue and was dismissive of my concern. If I did not have high health literacy as a health professional, I would have been confused and worried. The appointment started well with the nurse because we were greeted well and made to feel welcome. However, at the end of the appointment when the attending came, there was no warm welcome and the provider just left the room without any statement that the appointment was over. There were no directional signs in the office to show where I needed to go which was also confusing. I hope other families do not have the same experience as me and my child.
