The waiting room is horrible. The chairs are on top of each other practically, and there's no room for anybody to sit down without touching the person in front of you. You are knees to knees in that waiting room. It is horrible. They need to rearrange and get a whole new waiting room or do something over there. The sign-in desk is so cramped up. And you don't know who you're supposed to be signing in with. They can't see you around the corner either. But the waiting room is a train wreck. And I would not send anybody I know over there because of the waiting room. Not because of the providers or because of the office. It's because the waiting room looks like trash and you're on top of each other. And it is horrible.
