Dr. Johnson is assistant professor in the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Medical College of Georgia. She attended the University of Georgia for her undergraduate studies and went to medical school at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, S.C. My appointment was scheduled for 9:30. I was instructed to arrive at 9:15 and I was called to the desk at 9:20 to check in. I checked in online, so she just gave me my wristband. I sat in the lobby until 10:20 when I was finally taken to the back after waiting for over an hour. When I was in the back, the nurse helped me. She was very helpful. A PA came in about a few minutes later with a medical student. And then at 10:55, after I'd been there over an hour and a half, I decided that I was going to leave because I'd been waiting for so long and no one had given me any updates. So I was unable to be seen and had to reschedule. I feel that this is very much unacceptable. Thank you.

They were really kind and patient in waiting for me to arrive due to car trouble and my travel from out of town. The only issue I had was trying to reach someone by phone to let them know the difficulties I was having with my car and getting there on time for my appointment. I was not able to reach a person on the phone, but only voicemails. But other than that, I had a great visit in the providers and the other staff was really kind and patient and understanding and even stayed later to see me. So I really feel great about this facility and will recommend it to others. And my doctor is a great doctor. I really enjoy her care and very understanding and patient.
