My first time here and everything was great ?

It appeared clear that the provider had not reviewed the history or symptoms prior to the discussion, nor had she either been told by her resident of the history and symptoms collected by the resident or she didn't listen to them. She also did not offer any explanation for the foundation of her assessment. So I left the appointment feeling like I did not know anything more than before the appointment and it felt like a waste of my time.

My appointment was scheduled for 9:30. I was instructed to arrive at 9:15 and I was called to the desk at 9:20 to check in. I checked in online, so she just gave me my wristband. I sat in the lobby until 10:20 when I was finally taken to the back after waiting for over an hour. When I was in the back, the nurse helped me. She was very helpful. A PA came in about a few minutes later with a medical student. And then at 10:55, after I'd been there over an hour and a half, I decided that I was going to leave because I'd been waiting for so long and no one had given me any updates. So I was unable to be seen and had to reschedule. I feel that this is very much unacceptable. Thank you.
