I felt like Mariah did not listen to my symptoms and major concerns. My symptoms were not what she wanted them to be. She was fixated on my foot and ankle swelling. She kept assuming things about my health even after I repeatedly told her I was not seeing any cardiologist and I was not on any meds. She could not answer any of my questions. She did order tests for follow up. That made me happy. I will see one the physicians on my follow up.

The medical assistant/nurse that checked me in as so incredibly lovely and warm. Mariah was very smart and insightful. It was a difficult situation for her I am sure as I was a new patient to her as I see a different physician and had a follow up scheduled and am moving out of state. I did feel like I left with some things left up in the air. She did do a great job overall. I left to the lab which was still open for another 15-20 minutes but refused to take me. This has happened on more than one occasion.

Mariah questioned about recent history and how medication was working. Discussion about bone density testing: value, cost, questions. Set up test: I will need to schedule. Set up next appointment for 3 months. Had blood work labs immediately. I was cared for at every step. I was able to ask questions and was given clear, understandable instructions. I was back in my car in under one hour. Efficient and personal service. Exactly what I have come to expect.
