The office staff, all the way down to the nursing, down to the practitioner, to the doctor, was amazing. The office was very clean. Everyone was very friendly. They were all bright smiles. They listened. They made sure that I understood everything that they said. They allowed me to write things down. They also handed me additional literature and websites to go to to look at other things that pertained to my condition. They were very responsive post-surgery when I would email or use the messaging app to ask questions. I would highly recommend this office, not just for the staff, but for the professionalism and the bedside manner, the cleanliness, and the follow-up, and the care that they showed me throughout this time and being a part of their, being a patient of theirs.
