Dr Omatsone was extremely knowledgeable, professional and caring. She deliver led her information in a concise and easy to understand way. She listened and answered all my questions without hesitation. Also, her nurse, Jackie, was fabulous! I knew my blood pressure was up, due to outside circumstances... but after laughing with Jackie while she did her intake, it dropped 12 points. Both were very intuned to their patient!

She had her opinion before she even entered the room. Struggling with something rather embarrassing and she pretty much told me that's not what's going on and to discontinue an antiviral that has been helping.. one day into it and I'm regretting it.

We had a good conversation about my health and about the disease that I'm currently dealing with and it's still just a wait and see kind of thing, but she's at least helping me and guiding me through it and I felt good about that.
