And I appreciate Dr. Reyzelman and everything else, but that's just something that needs to happen. And so thank you for asking for the survey. Dr. Reyzelman is awesome. Great at every visit I have with him. I've been seeing him about 10 years now and I hand out his business cards to anyone who needs a Neurologist.

The nurse takes over a week to respond to messages in MyChart and has no bedside manner. Also, the practice is forcing patients to use a mail order pharmacy for prior authorizations, which I'm not sure is even legal, and if it is then it shouldn't be. I used to recommend this practice to everyone, but between the nurse, and the new policy on prior authorizations, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Also, there was no air conditioning in the waiting room during my last visit.
