Lady at front desk would not listen to me that I just needed to pay copay only. I tried showing her my insurance card and would not take it. I had to walk off it made me mad that she wouldn't listen. Then I came back up and talked to someone else and they took my insurance card and put info in system then I just had to pay copay. I've been going here for years and never been treated like that before.
