We had an issue this year and last year with her prescriptions when Dr. Reyzelman was out of town, her oxycodone. So that would be something I would work on, like getting the people that need those meds, you know, before they leave or during the visit or when he's out of town. Because it definitely has a big effect on people's lives. So that's the only thing I would say. And thank you.

The nurse takes over a week to respond to messages in MyChart and has no bedside manner. Also, the practice is forcing patients to use a mail order pharmacy for prior authorizations, which I'm not sure is even legal, and if it is then it shouldn't be. I used to recommend this practice to everyone, but between the nurse, and the new policy on prior authorizations, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Also, there was no air conditioning in the waiting room during my last visit.
