The telephone system to talk with someone is poor. I was on hold for 47 minutes when trying to tell someone I would be a few minutes late because of traffic. After 47 minutes, I was disconnected!

I could NOT get a doctor's appointment. I called 2 days in a row. Was on hold majority of the first day or line was busy. Finally on the 2nd day someone answered. Could not leave a message in My Chart or make appointment. This needs to be fixed!! Very frustrating. Scary if I actually had to get questions answered for emergency purposes.
