The staff did well for me, the administrative and the nurses. The doctor didn't keep me informed at all. I sat in the office in the care area for 45 minutes, didn't know what was going on. Nobody kept me informed. Very disappointed. Very, very disappointed. That's all.

I felt like I was not listened to or understood. My clinical notes were also incorrect. She included things I did not say, or she had incorrect information in general such as treatments I never done. She also didn't answer the questions my mom had due to ignoring them. I also didn't like the overall vibe. She was also a bit dry and sarcastic. I stated my pain scale was a seven and I was listed as a six. It felt as if my pain wasn't taken seriously and I was treated as I was just there to get narcotics. She also went against the diagnosis I received from three others specialists and didn't fully read my MRI. I will not be back for another appointment and I don't recommend this practice to anyone else. The only great thing about this appointment was meeting Mrs. Florence in consult room, and Mrs. Marilyn, the medical assistant.
