The Ultra Scanning registration process wasn't very clear to me, especially how long I was supposed to wait and why the waiting period was necessary. So while I was waiting, I kept wondering whether I was following the process correctly.

We are not all one size fits all. Imagine telling someone, you're going to feel absolutely terrible for a long time... but your labs will look good! Well as long as I look good on paper but have zero quality of life.

I have a complicated diagnosis and Dr. Chhetri was the one to initiate this diagnosis and I feel that now with her and my other specialists involved, they all need to work together. She said that she was going to contact the surgeon and get back with me. That did not happen. So I'm not happy about what's happening with me and my, I guess, partnership with my Dr. Chhetri. In the beginning, it started off well. This visit was not well because she said she couldn't not help me and I don't think that that's the case. I think that all doctors should use their resources to help. So I'm in an extreme situation that I am having to rely on all these specialists to help me and I don't think I'm getting my help.

I'd like to add that the operation should be better with regard to the phone system and getting someone online. You go in and you press three, you know, to speak to someone and then you go to two to say like test results and you get nowhere. But in other practices, because the endocrinology in Marietta was also in my phone, Anyway, I called in by mistake a few times and someone always answers. I've done this several times and reported it twice. So that is a problem.
