Nothing at all was wrong with the staff. Unfortunately it was a pointless visit that I had to pay $400+ out of pocket because I've already visited an endocrinologist and did everything this current endocrinologist was going to do so there was nothing done for me during my visit.

I found our video appointment allowed for an improved connection. We were face to face and able to discuss my current health status without distractions. Since I monitor my diabetes with Dexcom, have a personal blood pressure machine and results from recent bloodwork we were able to have a wonderful discussion about our next steps. This is s my preferred medical interaction.l prefer an interactive relationship with my doctors and this visit fit the bill. Thank you.
