I'd like to add that the operation should be better with regard to the phone system and getting someone online. You go in and you press three, you know, to speak to someone and then you go to two to say like test results and you get nowhere. But in other practices, because the endocrinology in Marietta was also in my phone, Anyway, I called in by mistake a few times and someone always answers. I've done this several times and reported it twice. So that is a problem.
