I feel as though the doctors have a heavy schedule of patients to see. I try to keep the number of visits to a minium but when I schedule something, I want to feel I'm coming away with all the information I need to make good decisions. I know PAs don't have the training as a physician but a good PA might help to fill the gap in future visits. I also notice when I'm shown to a room, if I answer the tech's questions, they're not written down so why ask if it isn't noted. Are they asking to make sure what I say is noted in MyChart?

Dr Madison Whorton is absolutely excellent! She is smart, very friendly, professional and easy to talk and consult with. I have recommended many of my friends and family to her practice. Also, the nurse getting all of the pre med info in the private room was excellent as well. Finally, the lab tech, Kelly, was great as well, friendly and drew the blood in less than 5 minutes.

I loved the service from the moment I walked into the lobby. The receptionists were very friendly, and the doctor who saw me was incredibly helpful and very trustworthy. This is my first time at Well Star, and I've never received such excellent care at any other clinic or with any other healthcare provider. I'm very happy with the service and treatment I received. Everyone was so kind.

Madison quite literally saved my life. I've only been seeing her a short time and when? I made the appointment about having so weird abdominal pain. She listened, got me the test and then when she couldn't get things accomplished quick enough, she advised me to go to the ER where I was then diagnosed with a severe blood clot and immediately received care. She listens to everything big and small. You do not find them providers at all like this anymore, I followed up my hospital stay with an appointment today and the entire practice made me feel more like family than just a regular patient.
