Dr. Naik was the worst provider i have encountered to date. She was impersonable, extremely loud, unwilling to listen, spoke over me several times whilst i was trying to ask questions, and made decisions for me that i did not feel were discussed. at one point in the appointment, i asked Dr. Naik if she offered pain relief options for iud insertion and raised her voice at me in a very disrespectful manner. She went on a short tangent very loudly about cervical blocks, i did not ask about a cervical block. Her clinical notes were also blatant lies accusing me of getting upset about pain medication which is not what happened. She has absolutely no bedside manner and her listening skills are highly lacking. I will not be back to this location and this has given me a very bad feeling about wellstar OB/GYN.

Thank you to the nurse that drew my labs. I told her I didn't like needles and she saw my veins were small and used a baby butterfly needle and drew blood on the first stick. I'm sorry I can't remember the nurse name but the experience was amazing. Dr Naik notice my answer when she asked how I was doing and immediately asked what was going on. She sat and listened patiently and understood what I was going through. Thank you to the entire staff

My experience overall was absolutely great. It's been a couple years since I've been to the OB and the WellSTAR staff made it great. So from my front office staff, who was very helpful, nice and courteous, to the, whatever she was before I met the nurse, I'm assuming, before I met the doctor, Kiera, her name was Kiera. She was very attentive, very caring. She listened to everything I said, all of my concerns, and all of the reasons for my visit. She assured me that the doctor would take great care of me as she did. I trusted her, and I trust the doctor. The doctor was very thorough, very, she kept me calm during my checkup. She answered any question I had and listened to my concerns and made me feel reassured in the way that I feel as a woman and empowered me and for that I am grateful. They did a great job.
