Thank you to the nurse that drew my labs. I told her I didn't like needles and she saw my veins were small and used a baby butterfly needle and drew blood on the first stick. I'm sorry I can't remember the nurse name but the experience was amazing. Dr Naik notice my answer when she asked how I was doing and immediately asked what was going on. She sat and listened patiently and understood what I was going through. Thank you to the entire staff

My experience overall was absolutely great. It's been a couple years since I've been to the OB and the WellSTAR staff made it great. So from my front office staff, who was very helpful, nice and courteous, to the, whatever she was before I met the nurse, I'm assuming, before I met the doctor, Kiera, her name was Kiera. She was very attentive, very caring. She listened to everything I said, all of my concerns, and all of the reasons for my visit. She assured me that the doctor would take great care of me as she did. I trusted her, and I trust the doctor. The doctor was very thorough, very, she kept me calm during my checkup. She answered any question I had and listened to my concerns and made me feel reassured in the way that I feel as a woman and empowered me and for that I am grateful. They did a great job.

I was very pleased with today's visit from the lady up front who checked me in she was very pleasant while checking in to sitting down less than 2 minutes in the waiting room and being called back so quickly. The nurse was very sweet and ofcourse Dr Naik I always enjoy seeing even when she tells me a few things I need to work on concerning my health. I honestly have never had any issues with this office building and the office is always very well maintained and very clean.
