This was my first time seeing this provider because my regular provider was unavailable, and unfortunately, this was a very upsetting and uncomfortable experience. I felt that I was misdiagnosed before the appropriate testing was even completed. The provider stated that she was positive of the diagnosis before a specimen was collected or the results were available to confirm it. I found this extremely concerning and felt that my symptoms and concerns were not being taken seriously. Her bedside manner was also very disappointing. I did not feel any sense of comfort, reassurance, or compassion during the visit. Instead, I felt uncomfortable with the way my concerns were handled and with the provider's negative attitude throughout the encounter. What made the situation even more embarrassing was that a CNA or nurse was present when the provider confidently stated what she believed my diagnosis was. I was left feeling embarrassed and uncomfortable, especially because the diagnosis was presented as though it were already confirmed. Ultimately, my test results came back negative. I understand that providers can have different clinical opinions, but I believe diagnoses should be approached carefully and confirmed through appropriate testing before being presented to a patient as certain. I left this appointment feeling dismissed, embarrassed, and dissatisfied with the care I received. I hope this experience is taken seriously because patients deserve to feel heard, respected, and comfortable when seeking medical care.

Dr. Naik was the worst provider i have encountered to date. She was impersonable, extremely loud, unwilling to listen, spoke over me several times whilst i was trying to ask questions, and made decisions for me that i did not feel were discussed. at one point in the appointment, i asked Dr. Naik if she offered pain relief options for iud insertion and raised her voice at me in a very disrespectful manner. She went on a short tangent very loudly about cervical blocks, i did not ask about a cervical block. Her clinical notes were also blatant lies accusing me of getting upset about pain medication which is not what happened. She has absolutely no bedside manner and her listening skills are highly lacking. I will not be back to this location and this has given me a very bad feeling about wellstar OB/GYN.

I left this appointment feeling dismissed, embarrassed, and dissatisfied with the care I received. I love Dr Madhavi Naik with all my might. I know she is brilliant and she cares about my health very much. I have seen her for 20 years now and she delivered my son 15 years ago. She is dynamite. Her staff is precious to me as well. They treat me like gold.
