The doctors have been great; they explained everything well. The only problem we have is when someone tries to draw her blood. They insert the needle and start moving it around until I say something. If you can't get her blood, have someone who knows what they are doing get it.

Dr. Almonte is amazing. She really, like any out of any doctor I've seen, she has been the most thorough, the most take the time to explain things and how they work. And I especially love it because I took my son with me to my appointment. He was in college and she included him and explained how things were. And she would say, when I tell you this, it looks like you say like, the red blood cell looks like a donut and she say donut. He said, what did she say, what? He said red blood cell. She said, you are so smart. I love her amazing because I've never had a doctor even engage with any of my children I've taken with me. So you have an amazing doctor and she is very, very professional and she's fun.

She also offered advice to me for the future, like if I have any surgeries in the future, she want to make sure that she talk with my doctors first. I thought that was very professional of her and showed her sincerity as a person and medical provider.
