The provider was excellent. However it does not seem fair that I should be at the appointment 15 minutes early then spend a total of 45 minutes to see the provider.

The renovation of the Cancer Clinic is fabulous. Checking in on the bottom floor is much better. The elevator was down & I have a bad knee - walking stairs I cannot do at this time, the receptionist called for a golf cart to deliver me to the top floor - It felt divine riding up that hill rather than struggling on the steps. Perfect first visit!!

The doctors have been great; they explained everything well. The only problem we have is when someone tries to draw her blood. They insert the needle and start moving it around until I say something. If you can't get her blood, have someone who knows what they are doing get it.
