From the minute I walk into the clinic, from beginning to end of visit, I am treated like a person who matters. Everyone puts me right at ease. They genuinely care and they are extremely knowledgable. The two people at the front desk are so kind they put you at ease. They can answer questions and help with any needs you may have. I had a question about my daughter who is a patient in another office with Wellstar and they were able to offer me help with that need. The nurse I saw was so caring and genuine. She made me comfortable and made me feel right at home. She was easy to talk and very understanding. Dr. Claroni, she has always listened and given me impeccable care. No other doctor I have had as an adult can compare to her. Her genuine and gentle spirit are so rare. I appreciate her more than words can express.

Anytime we've come to see Dr. Claroni, we have had a little wait. However, when she's in the office with us, we are like her only patient. And she spends as much time as she needs to answering questions, giving us information, and just being sure that before we leave, we understand everything we need to do and even provides additional information to help us along the way.

Stephanie and Ashley are just as professional caring supportive and patient as Dr Claroni! I have been greatly disappointed in other doctors office and staff when I compared them to TEAM CLARONI! .. Dr Claroni and her staff have set the bar very high! Dealing with me my Health, my job, my FMLA paperwork, my insurance and not once do they ignore my portal messages or my calls , and the whole time always smiling patient kind and attentive! The entire staff deserves raises promotions and acknowledgment

They genuinely care and they are extremely knowledgable. The two people at the front desk are so kind they put you at ease. They can answer questions and help with any needs you may have. I had a question about my daughter who is a patient in another office with Wellstar and they were able to offer me help with that need. The nurse I saw was so caring and genuine. She made me comfortable and made me feel right at home. She was easy to talk and very understanding. Dr. Claroni, she has always listened and given me impeccable care. No other doctor I have had as an adult can compare to her. Her genuine and gentle spirit are so rare. I appreciate her more than words can express.
