Great practice to bring your kids

As a Wellstar employee, I hate to leave a negative review but I found Dr. Corley to be rude. My 3 year old was a little antsy and agitated during the appointment- understandably being sick, waited a while, and was missing his nap for the appointment due to lack of availability and she had the nerve to call him "rotten" with a judgmental face, not in a joking manner. No "thank you for waiting", no "feel better!", no "have a nice day!" I felt she was dismissive of my concerns where my child has had an unexplained extremely high fever for 4 days where she did not feel any testing or further workup was needed. The only reason I stay with the practice is for Dr. Ellis. If she's not available, I'll go to CHOA urgent care for future sick visits.

The women at the front desk were very nice when I came in and the doctor was also really nice, was really nice and funny as well. She listened to what I had to say and very, very supportive and made me feel comfortable as well. Like the customer service is just amazing and the medical assistants and the woman, the pediatric woman took me to the back to get my weight. She was very nice. I really love her energy, very outgoing. And also the woman who took me to do my sample to P was also very nice as well. So yes, you guys have a great team there and keep up the great work. Have a nice day.

I truly feel like wellstar is the only place I would want to receive care for me and my family

The provider was very dismissive and focused on asking questions and completing the answers on the computer as opposed to examining the child and taking a look at the wound which was difficult to explain, when we tried to show her she stopped us and continued asking questions on the computer.

This provider made us feel like a nuisance and rushed our kids during the visit. She was not friendly. I feel like she was unprofessional in the way she carried herself and even asked the medical assistant "do 12 month old's get this vaccine?" When asking about another patient during our visit. This does not make me trust this provider. I do not wish to see this provider again.

My kids' experience was great. The doctor actually talked to each one of them personally and they were able to express what they were going through and I really appreciate that.

The provider we saw was very short, dismissive, seemed agitated, and made me feel talked over throughout the appointment. My concerns about my daughter didn't feel heard or taken seriously, and the entire visit felt rushed. I left feeling uncomfortable and unheard, and I would like to formally request to never be partnered with this provider again. To be clear, we absolutely love our usual pediatrician and have always had great experiences with this practice, which made this visit especially disappointing.
