The nurse who took my vitals and other information was very difficult to understand. She was a very nice person, very pleasant, but she was very difficult to understand, especially as I do have somewhat of a hearing loss problem. Thank you.

I asked the Provider for a copy of the data that this office downloaded from my device. The Provider state that I would have to go to the central office of Wellstar Medical Records to get that data report. When asked, she would offer no further guidance on where to find this Wellstar office, or how to contact them. This is the first Wellstar Provider that I have ever encountered that offered no assistance or support to provide me with any reports or data that I specifically asked for. I was very disappointed in this visit with the Provider for that and other reasons. On a more positive note, the Provider directed me to the office's front desk to ask them for directions to the Medical Records office. When I told the Front Desk/Registration staff member why I was asking for instructions in how to request my data report from the Wellstar Records office, she seemed to indicate that she had never heard of that process before in her office. She then went back to talk with a staff member from the device area of the office. When she returned, the staff member came with her, WITH a hard copy of my data report in his hand. The Front Desk Staff Member's actions went above and beyond expectations to address my request and I appreciate her assistance. She definitely went the extra mile. The Device Staff Member also went above and beyond expectations. He not only printed a copy of the report to give me, but he also reviewed the formatting layout of the report so that I would be able to review it later with some orientation to the type of data I was looking at.

My only complaint is that when I explained about not feeling 100 percent I was ushered off to my primary care provider. When I explained that I went to see him he told me nothing is wrong. No one is listening to me.
