Twice I have ended my appointment and tried to make my follow-up appointment. I have been told the schedule had not been released yet and I needed to call later to make an appointment. This is Dec and the office couldn't make appointments after April. Given most patients need a 6 month follow up, it seems very inefficient for the patient and the staff to schedule at a later date. Can you imagine the extra effort and calls for each patient to try to contact the office? Not to mention the likelihood that the next appointment will be booked beyond the 6 month timeframe. If patients are told by the provider to follow up in 6 months, appointments should be available to be booked in 6 months during your visit.
