You need to do something about Nurse Erin in your imaging department in Augusta. She refuses treatment to people if they can't make appointments and have to reschedule. She doesn't reschedule she just ignores you. So your tests don't get done. That's dangerous. Refusing healthcare to n her own terms. When I asked my nurse navigator about her she just threw up her hands. The problem is well known but not dealt with because of staffing issues. That's BS. Replace her now!

Dr. Bryan was super nice. I was a little bit afraid to go be his patient because I've never been in this facility and I'm a seven-year cancer survivor and I felt loved. It was really, really great and I'm going to stay there for sure for a very long time. I'm going to always do my checkup and if I have any other health concern, I'm definitely going to give him and his great team a call because he's like really so nice. He's understanding. He took his time. I didn't have to wait long. Very respectful. So he's definitely recommended. I appreciate everything he did so far and I'm going to see him soon again. But not because I'm sick, because I just have a checkup. Thank you.
