Was over 35 minutes to check in that madden me late for labs an late to see doctor front desk wasting alot of time in between checking patients in the one checking us in keep opening her desk drawer looking at phone like it better the way it worked when it was agusta instead well care

The Nurse Practitioner was also very knowledgeable and professional.

Dr. Bryant has been taking care of me from the very start since 20, I think, 17 when he started seeing me, 2016 when he started seeing me. The practitioners, they are on point. They pretty much do the same as Dr. Bryant doing that except for the very important things that he has to tell me about myself. But he has been awesome from the beginning. And I trust him through God's will. I trust him and he has taken care of me.

The visit with Dr. Bryan was awesome. However, the check in process took a long time. Much longer than usual. I arrived before 1:45. I had to wait in line. When I signed my name on the clipboard it was 1:45. I had already completed the online checkin, yet it was way after 2:00 before they called me to the desk to be checked in. It was very slow today.

We were greeted at the door with a song, and singer directed us where to go. The waiting time was brief, and the staff was all cheerful and helpful. The nurse was cordial and conversational, and the doctor was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Overall a great experience.

The front desk did not check me in correctly so I waited 2 hours and was told that's how it was then my husband went up to find out what happened and was told I was not checked in correctly so I waited longer because of this error .
