After doctor reviewed X-ray results and stated i needed to see an orthopedic doctor, i did not receive any further instruction. Was I to call the specialist? If so, whom and what number or is it in my chart? Was I to wait to hear from them? Referrals have been handled both ways so when I sent another message asking for clarification, It did not seem we were on same page because the response was the same. "I need to see an orthopedic doctor ". I know this now but HOW is this going to happen? I made a phone call to the triage nurse because i didnt know whomelse to call. The lady i spoke to was very, very helpful and got me scheduled. This was a level of frustration that didnt need to happen. I dont recall the lady who called me back. She was professional but seemed a bit short in keep asking me if i had what i needed. I was able to be scheduled and all is good for now. This did not need to happen. Your process should be pretty simple to follow on referrals.

The young lady that drew my blood, 3 vials, for the lab work was a good combination of professional, caring and friendly. It was only one needle prick, done quickly and changed vials smoothly. Well done!

When trying to schedule an annual physical, I was frustrated at first due to the lack of available appointments online. When I called to see if anything else was available, was very happy to get an appointment about a week out. My suggestion would be to better integrate available times on your online scheduling system. Once I was at my scheduled time, everything went very smooth and I appreciate the fast wait times and swiftness of the overall appointment.

I don't think I got anything more than a test result and medicine. I mean that was important but I wish I could have a little more attention and explanation from the doctor. Felt the Dr and nurse were busy and had no interest to chat and give any suggestions. Just didn't care.

The Tel Med was easy except when it asked to turn on camera and microphone. That was not easy to do for me. Somehow figured it out. Dr Weddington was very professional, he has a very likeable personality, and I have continued using his practice for my health care.
