I would say, I've been going to the primary care for years. I would like more engagement, more feedback for me. I've been making extreme transitions and it would be nice to know that my primary care health care provider actually is paying attention and seeing the levels and the feedback with my health. I would like to know the difference in my health numbers and things of that nature versus just being looked at as a number. It's almost like it... I felt like it was just a job. It wasn't like a care or concern. Let me get you in, let me get you out. So that was enough for me to consider changing my primary care doctor.

Dr Weddington is great!! Regarding the piped in music, I would prefer that there was no music or that at least the volume be turned very low. I also would prefer a calming type of music. Currently, the type of music and the volume are uncomfortable

Yes, I was very happy and impressed with the length of the time with the doctor and he answered all my questions and went over all my medicines and he checked me out for my physical. I had a little bit of a wait downstairs with the lab, but I guess everybody was just having early morning visits. But I was very impressed and happy with the treatment.

Yeah, the front staff were terrible. They made me wait for like an hour. They didn't even check me in. I was sitting waiting for an hour for no reason, you know? That's terrible. That person needs to be fired. And then I asked the nurse and she was not, you know, she was not sharing anything. Very defensive, you know? So I had a bad experience this time, you know, with this trip. Thanks.

After doctor reviewed X-ray results and stated i needed to see an orthopedic doctor, i did not receive any further instruction. Was I to call the specialist? If so, whom and what number or is it in my chart? Was I to wait to hear from them? Referrals have been handled both ways so when I sent another message asking for clarification, It did not seem we were on same page because the response was the same. "I need to see an orthopedic doctor ". I know this now but HOW is this going to happen? I made a phone call to the triage nurse because i didnt know whomelse to call. The lady i spoke to was very, very helpful and got me scheduled. This was a level of frustration that didnt need to happen. I dont recall the lady who called me back. She was professional but seemed a bit short in keep asking me if i had what i needed. I was able to be scheduled and all is good for now. This did not need to happen. Your process should be pretty simple to follow on referrals.
