Everyone was pleasant and professional- from check-in to making the next appointment as I left. My doctor was thorough, listened carefully, explained clearly.

Appointment time was at #11 email said to show up at 10:45 I showed up at 10:50 check-in was fast paperwork completed immediately did not get seen until after 12 and I didn't appreciate that but the staff was friendly and helpful. The wait time was unacceptable especially with appointment times called after me were being seen, people that just came in were being seen and I'm just sitting and waiting. I don't know if that is a new patient protocol but that was enough to not make me want to return. Being that the practice was OK, hopefully the next visit is way better.
