So from the time I got checked in to her medical assistant who does my blood pressure, just interacting, asking questions, any problems, any concerns that I may have for my doctor, get into the room. The doctor is very open, any questions, any concerns. Kudos, giving kudos to me for doing good on my updated labs, changing the habits, sticking to our plan we did when the last time I was in January, when I was there for my appointment, stood by the plan. She was very detail-oriented, did all my tests and everything that I asked for. And also, she is very thorough when coming to her patients.

Appointment time was at #11 email said to show up at 10:45 I showed up at 10:50 check-in was fast paperwork completed immediately did not get seen until after 12 and I didn't appreciate that but the staff was friendly and helpful. The wait time was unacceptable especially with appointment times called after me were being seen, people that just came in were being seen and I'm just sitting and waiting. I don't know if that is a new patient protocol but that was enough to not make me want to return. Being that the practice was OK, hopefully the next visit is way better.
