She cared for our baby with so much compassion and genuine concern, always checking on us and making sure that both our baby and our family were comfortable. I just feel like the front desk need to be more organized. I called them about my child update insurance information and they stated they will call me back , they never did call me back. I had to call back again to make sure they have it. Also front desk is the first thing I see and would like them more friendly and more interactive. They was more on there phone. Feel like front desk is very unprofessional. But over all the provider and nurses is amazing. They listen and more professional then ever.

This is an excellent doctor. He's been really great for our children and our family. We recommend him highly. We just don't live super close. Otherwise, it would be 10, 11, or 12. Excellent doctor, excellent staff, excellent nurses. The only other thing, and this is I think beyond his control, is the software that WellStar has chosen is terrible and really, really bad. So WellStar gets a really low grade itself for the software that it has chosen because it's not user-friendly and it works really poorly. That's it. Otherwise, the doctor is amazing. We love him and we drive from really far to come his practice. If we could copy him and clone him and move him right next door, we would be so happy.

The service itself was good, but the communication is not great. I haven't been able to communicate with them within two weeks and I haven't had any response. And my son needs to get a newborn screen test. The doctor forgot to put the diagnosis code and haven't been able to get that. And it's been two days calling back and forward and haven't got any response because the nurses doesn't answer the phone, only like people that is not there. And that is really not helpful if it's something that is urgent and we need to figure it out.

The service itself was good, but the communication is not great. I haven't been able to communicate with them within two weeks and I haven't had any response. And my son needs to get a newborn screen test. The doctor forgot to put the diagnosis code and haven't been able to get that. And it's been two days calling back and forward and haven't got any response because the nurses doesn't answer the phone, only like people that is not there. And that is really not helpful if it's something that is urgent and we need to figure it out.

New check in kiosk at front is clunky and takes time. When arriving with multiple children it's tough to manage watching them as well as filling out what is needed. Go back to letting the front desk people check you in. You already ask us prior to complete most check in paperwork digitally. Make it personable and customer service oriented. HealthCARE.

This is an excellent doctor. He's been really great for our children and our family. We recommend him highly. We just don't live super close. Otherwise, it would be 10, 11, or 12. Excellent doctor, excellent staff, excellent nurses. The only other thing, and this is I think beyond his control, is the software that WellStar has chosen is terrible and really, really bad. So WellStar gets a really low grade itself for the software that it has chosen because it's not user-friendly and it works really poorly. That's it. Otherwise, the doctor is amazing. We love him and we drive from really far to come his practice. If we could copy him and clone him and move him right next door, we would be so happy.

I just feel like the front desk need to be more organized. I called them about my child update insurance information and they stated they will call me back , they never did call me back. I had to call back again to make sure they have it. Also front desk is the first thing I see and would like them more friendly and more interactive. They was more on there phone. Feel like front desk is very unprofessional. But over all the provider and nurses is amazing. They listen and more professional then ever.

We would like to sincerely thank the nurse who took care of our baby. She was incredibly kind, friendly, patient, and attentive throughout our entire stay. She cared for our baby with so much compassion and genuine concern, always checking on us and making sure that both our baby and our family were comfortable. Especially during the moments when we felt worried or anxious, her calm and caring attitude made us feel much more comfortable and reassured. She made us feel that our baby was in safe and loving hands. It was clear that she does her job not simply as a responsibility, but with genuine kindness, dedication, and love. We are truly grateful that she was there to care for our baby. Thank you so much for your patience, kindness, professionalism, and wonderful heart. We will always remember the care and compassion you showed our family.
