It's always a friendly environment when we go in. Absolutely love Lindsay. She is great, awesome, and amazing. The nursing team there are great. Always good experiences. Feel welcome, feel comfortable, feel safe. Only thing that I recommend with the chart changes over. It didn't have my correct information in there, but it has been since corrected and they were really nice about it. So overall, great service, friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend to family and friends that I have. And thank you for the service they offer. Thank you, Lindsay, for being an amazing physician.

The problem everybody has and I've had is getting somebody there to answer the phone and make appointments. You can't hardly schedule an appointment unless you go down to the office. The provider is wonderful. We love her. She's great. But the service at the front desk leaves a lot to be desired.

No body answers the phones, when I leave a message waiting for someone to call me back, it doesn't happen. I have to keep calling hoping a person will answer.

Lindsay Hammett is off-the-chart FANTASTIC... she is knowledgeable, professional and caring. However, the front office staff is ABYSMAL - they are rude, uncaring, arrogant and just generally nasty. There is NO EXCUSE FOR THEIR NASTY ATTITUDE.

Lindsay is a great provider. The things that I'm unhappy with now is since it's been changed over to WellSTAR, the cash option to pay as my husband and my mother do not have insurance currently as their jobs are not providing that at this time. It went from being $84 to be seen for a visit all the way up to $200 something dollars and they cannot afford to pay $200 to come in and get a medication refill. So that is what I'm very unhappy with and also I had problems with being able to get in touch with you guys and for you guys to fill one of my prescriptions during the time of the changeover because I've never been to WellStar and anyway it was a terrible experience and I ended up being out of my medicine for two days even though I'd been trying to get it for 10 days.
