Lindsay Hammett is fabulous!!! The staff is wonderful also. The app experience not so much. The being able to communicate with someone not so much. There should be someone at least answering the phones and not just an automated system. A human.

As far as my nurse practitioner, I am very happy with her and I like the way that she talks to me, even acts concerned for me, and I appreciate the time that she takes with me. But as far as the business in the office side of things are done, I find it hard to get anybody on the phone. I find it hard to get prescriptions when I need them. I find that now that it has changed over to WellStar, that the prices, the cost of going there is higher. And I'm even thinking about looking for a different provider. I'm not even sure that my insurance is covered through there.

She treats me with the utmost respect, listens to my issues as a senior with illnesses, not only due to my age but after working with radiation and toxic chemicals at the Savannah River Site.

I needed to change my appointment. I called. It went to VM. I left my info. No call back. I tried again 2-3 times. Straight to VM. I tried online scheduling. Did not work. Evidently not set up yet. I finally sent a message to my primary care NP explaining the problem. Her support staff got the front desk to call me back the next day. While most things are an improvement with Wellstar. I like all the connected physicians! So you don't need to explain things over and over. But the lack of answering the phone at the receptionist desk is a whole lot worse. And your "new" blood pressure machines. Wildly inaccurate leaning to the high side leading to an inaccurate picture.

Front desk staff need work with peopleskills. My receptionist told me I owed $190+ as payment in advance of my routine visit. I have never paid more than a co-pay and do not pay any medical charges without receiving an EOB first. If this is Wellstar policy to conceive charges and expect their clientele to conform, I may need a new provider. Also, do not waste my time sending me a bill to pay by text message. I will never do something like this.

Ms Lindsay has been my PA around 7 years or more! I've been at this location since Dr. Y opened. I saw Dr Kulik until she left. My husband also see PA Justin... we are very pleased.... Ms Lindsey listen to be... I have asthma,hip issues,shoulders , back, diverticulitis... she helped me through out all of these problems ... thank you Ms Lindsey for looking out for this 78 year old woman! And your patience and caring way.... ?

Staff was professional and friendly. My provider always listens to me and works in my best interest. Also, I believe the nurse who took my blood sugar sample was supposed to wear gloves while performing the task, but did not. She did sanitize her hands after, but did not see before. Thanks!

This office never returns messages left on the answer machine. Tried six times leaving a message to have an Rx called in that the nurse forgot to call in to the pharmacy. The pharmacy tried to help by contacting the doctor's office twice to get the Rx too and the office never returned the pharmacy's call either. This is a constant problem with this office and changing the name to WellStar didn't change the problems on the front desk! Hire some responsible personnel, keeping the same ones didn't change anything in this office except the name on the door.

Both myself and husband go here for 9 years we have never needed to go to the dr a lot with getting older that has changed. Billing has been a nightmare, the biggest complaint is the lack on follow through and communication! We will see how things go since the change over. We are looking at possibly changing drs.

Ms Lindsay has been my PA around 7 years or more! I've been at this location since Dr. Y opened. I saw Dr Kulik until she left. My husband also see PA Justin... we are very pleased.... Ms Lindsey listen to be... I have asthma,hip issues,shoulders , back, diverticulitis... she helped me through out all of these problems ... thank you Ms Lindsey for looking out for this 78 year old woman! And your patience and caring way.... ?

Staff was professional and friendly. My provider always listens to me and works in my best interest. Also, I believe the nurse who took my blood sugar sample was supposed to wear gloves while performing the task, but did not. She did sanitize her hands after, but did not see before. Thanks!

This office never returns messages left on the answer machine. Tried six times leaving a message to have an Rx called in that the nurse forgot to call in to the pharmacy. The pharmacy tried to help by contacting the doctor's office twice to get the Rx too and the office never returned the pharmacy's call either. This is a constant problem with this office and changing the name to WellStar didn't change the problems on the front desk! Hire some responsible personnel, keeping the same ones didn't change anything in this office except the name on the door.

Billing has been a nightmare, the biggest complaint is the lack on follow through and communication! We will see how things go since the change over. We are looking at possibly changing drs.

I needed to change my appointment. I called. It went to VM. I left my info. No call back. I tried again 2-3 times. Straight to VM. I tried online scheduling. Did not work. Evidently not set up yet. I finally sent a message to my primary care NP explaining the problem. Her support staff got the front desk to call me back the next day. While most things are an improvement with Wellstar. I like all the connected physicians! So you don't need to explain things over and over. But the lack of answering the phone at the receptionist desk is a whole lot worse. And your "new" blood pressure machines. Wildly inaccurate leaning to the high side leading to an inaccurate picture.

Front desk staff need work with peopleskills. My receptionist told me I owed $190+ as payment in advance of my routine visit. I have never paid more than a co-pay and do not pay any medical charges without receiving an EOB first. If this is Wellstar policy to conceive charges and expect their clientele to conform, I may need a new provider. Also, do not waste my time sending me a bill to pay by text message. I will never do something like this.

As far as my nurse practitioner, I am very happy with her and I like the way that she talks to me, even acts concerned for me, and I appreciate the time that she takes with me. But as far as the business in the office side of things are done, I find it hard to get anybody on the phone. I find it hard to get prescriptions when I need them. I find that now that it has changed over to WellStar, that the prices, the cost of going there is higher. And I'm even thinking about looking for a different provider. I'm not even sure that my insurance is covered through there.

Lindsay Hammett is fabulous!!! The staff is wonderful also. The app experience not so much. The being able to communicate with someone not so much. There should be someone at least answering the phones and not just an automated system. A human.
