Lindsay Hammett is off-the-chart FANTASTIC... she is knowledgeable, professional and caring. However, the front office staff is ABYSMAL - they are rude, uncaring, arrogant and just generally nasty. There is NO EXCUSE FOR THEIR NASTY ATTITUDE.

I absolutely love Lindsay. She is amazing. The front staff can use a little bit of manners, I guess you can say. And I've never had no issue with doing a PA for a prescription. It would usually get done within the first 24, maybe top 48 hours of us contacting her to let her know a prescription needs a PA. However, my pharmacy and myself has been trying to get a PA done for now four days and has had no good comeback with having a PA done. I have not had it done. I've called the insurance. They said they have not heard from the doctor. The pharmacist has reached out four days in a row and I myself have reached out four days in a row. And we were told yesterday that ?
