Lindsay Hammett is the reason I'm a patient. She is incredible! The facility is not as warm and welcoming as before. Staff is fine and cordial. It just seems more stark and clinical. I did really like the lady who did my bloodwork. She was very professional and friendly. I met her at a previous visit.

It would have been better without the extremely loud television in the waiting area. No one was watching, and it was playing a police drama with offensive language. There was no escaping! I found it very stressful and the language (racial) made me very uncomfortable. Why must the waiting area include a loud television?
