It seems things are coming together for Wellstar at this location. This visit felt much improved as far as process and front staff. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Lindsay is/has always been professional and supportive.

I have no issues with the care I receive. I like Lindsey Hammett very much, but I have serious issues with communication with the office staff. I have repeatedly had trouble getting messages or requests to providers, and my pharmacy (Humana Centerwell) has found it impossible to reach anyone about refills. I don't know if it's a problem inherent in Epic, or office protocols, but it has made me seriously consider changing practices.

Lindsay Hammett is the absolute best, she listens carefully, adjusts her teaching with the patients education and experience, doesn't talk down to you, takes yiur concerns and preferences into account, and is overall very professional and knowledgeable. The rest of the staff is friendly and professional as well, and I feel very comfortable with them too.

Ms. Hammett has been my provider for years and I totally trust her. She is knowledgeable, professional, caring, and respectful. I would never leave her as my provider and this practice unless I moved out of state.

Very thing was great. The bad side is this office knows that any glp1 drugs must have a prior authorization done to the insurance company and that's not getting done at this office.

I love the practice, but they do not have a good habit of following through. Like my husband has been waiting on his testosterone from Walgreens. Walgreens keeps saying that Megan hasn't called it in yet. And Megan says she has. But other than that, it's fine.
