Everyone treated me very good. The nurse was very attentive and the doctor was awesome. I was sent to the hospital ER where I did have to stay in the hospital. So they really knew what they were doing and they treated me very well.

Waited to be seen in the room for an hour. I had to ask the desk how much longer would the wait be. Very bad experience for someone who already scheduled the appt. A walk in was seen before me and I was there first. I will not come back to this urgent care.

Front desk did not have anyone at it, no receptionist. It took about 10 mins for someone to walk by and notice I was there. Once the staff member saw me they were very nice and welcoming. It was just odd walking in and nobody was at the front to check me in.

When I was there, nobody was there but me. And we waited a long time to see anybody. And we decided to leave. And they said that, in other words, somebody came out to see me. But the wait was too long and nobody was there to talk to us. I appreciate it, but the wait was too long.
