Liberty did a great job explaining what she was doing and genuinely cared about my comfort and pain level during the entire procedure. I feel very fortunate to have this staff present when I needed them.

Had xray, CT scan and ultrasound. Discussed the hematoma. I decided to see my regular physician two days later to go over the results of Wellstar. He was reading the results. He noticed it said I needed a MRI????? The CT scan revealed a 3 CM growth on my prostate !???? NO ONE at Wellstar said anything about it!??? HIGHLY...recommend staff read the results! I was admitted there about years 3 ago for 3 days. Had all sorts of tests concerning heart. Nurse came in and said you're good to go!?? I asked her, what was the results? NO ONE had even told me???

She explained everything and took good care of me. The receptionist was very nice and she done a great job ! All 3 of them done a great job !

The front office staff, the nursing staff, and everyone else was phenomenal. They were professional and showed care. But unfortunately, I was not diagnosed properly and had to see my primary care provider the next day for the actual course of treatment.

Everyone treated me very good. The nurse was very attentive and the doctor was awesome. I was sent to the hospital ER where I did have to stay in the hospital. So they really knew what they were doing and they treated me very well.
