Since a new facility, I really wasn't impressed with the health care that I received. So maybe it's me, I don't know, but it just seemed like the doctor wasn't really concerned. Just throwing something at me and left out of the room and didn't hear anything else. So definitely that needs to be addressed. Thanks.

All staff were great from checking in to leaving. Alexis the medical assistant was super sweet and helpful. The provider Liberty was understanding and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough good things about my experience and that was all due to the medical staff.

My care was great. I would just advise that when during the intake portion that they would be more careful to look at the ID that's presented. My name was incorrect in the system, which caused confusion for when I did go visit the emergency room. So in essence, they used my middle name instead of my first name, which caused some confusion, but if they will pay closer attention during the intake. I did relay that I had been and I was in the WellSTAR system already, had been there several times, didn't get my mammograms done there, but they say they couldn't find me in the system, which was odd, but then we realized why, because they were using the incorrect name. And that would be it. Other than that, what I was seen for was taken care of. Thank you.

Everything about my experience at urgent was wonderful. The only complaint I have is when the Dr. tried calling me a couple of days later to discuss a culture that they ordered, I could not get anyone on the phone when I called the call back number. It said "due to unknown circumstances, we cannot take your call at this time". That's a little frustrating bc I don't know what my results are. I know this is not the facility's problem, but perhaps a wellstar issue. Everything with my visit was great!
