I had a toddler who had an ear infection, a fever, and wasn't feeling well overall. The nurse or technician that worked with us seem to be impatient and unfamiliar with how to work with pediatric patients. My son was definitely struggling because he didn't feel well, but there was absolutely no support from the nurse to help with getting vitals in an effective way that didn't result in me having to basically wrap my arms and my legs around my son while he screamed. Even then, the nurse seemed irritated with my child. The physician was very friendly and understood his pain and was able to quickly diagnose an ear infection. However, I explained to her repeatedly, his allergies and was still brought a juice that had pineapple which is a core allergen for him. The front staff was wonderful, but my overall experience with the providers leads me to not want to return to the All-Star urgent care and continue to work with Piedmont.

I was very happy with my visit. I was in extreme pain and did not have to wait long. I felt I had a thorough examination and treatment for my problem. Mrs. Powell was so kind and really listened to my concerns. I highly recommend her and the staff here at Wellstar Urgent Care. Thank you for taking care of me!
