As well as the nurse, her name is Sonia. She was so friendly and helped me relax because I was quite nervous and just a kind soul and we really appreciated her being there. Thank you.

Nora Lee, the tech I saw, was outstanding--very friendly, courteous, proficient, knowledgeable--and she apologized for the wait. Dr. Huang identified a major condition that needed urgent care and was able to recommend that I go to the ER and get the care that I needed. And I ended up sitting several days inpatient. And I just wanted to say that he did an amazing job. Nurses and techs did an amazing job. And I really appreciate the work that they did this week to help me.

I needed a wheelchair and assistance and everyone helped me. Nurses, transport and desk workers all pitched in to make sure I got all the care I needed. Thanks to everyone!

Gps took me on a wild goose ride. I ended up on the other side of town. Then it took me to an areas behind the Augusta Mall! One of the phone numbers I called connected me someplace in Carolina. Again frustrating. However, the final number that I called to say I am late and needed to reschedule. The operator said it's okay and she stayed on the line with me till I got to the right destination. She was amazing! Sorry I forgot her name. But, she would be perfect as a 911 operator, calm and cool! Because of her I was able to see the eye doctor and it was a good experience so thank you.
