It took over 1,2 hours to see the doctor. At no time during my wait did anyone inform me of the reasons for the delays even though I asked the front desk staff. The doctor did apologize, but the failure to inform me of the delay is a serious problem

I would recommend Wellstar Kennestone Urgent care to everyone. They told me my case required the ER's expertise. The ER at Kennestone was recommended but I chose not to go to Cobb Hospital which was the biggest mistake. I should have gone where the Urgent care team told me to go. Cobb is the worse ER in your network in terms of customer service. We are just a number there, but Urgent care at Kennestone treats you like a person.

All of the nurses were amazing. Cannot say enough good things about the two of them. The doctor was dismissive as almost all well star Dr seem to be lately. The wait time was obnoxious.

I went in to the Urgent Care feeling very bad and they told me I had a 102.4 degree fever. They gave me IV,Tylenol and Zofran and I felt 80 % better. I was amazed at how much better I felt and how well I was treated. Thank you so very much for helping me feel better!!

Additionally, Nurse Tangi was amazingly kind and caring. She did such a lovely job making me feel comfortable and cared for.
