Dr. Robinowitz is always welcoming and willing to listen. She takes her time and asks questions and genuinely seems to want what is best for you. She also personally replies to portal messages when she can which is unusual in this day and age.

The doctor and staff are all very professional. Very nice office and well run. I had a great experience and have for the past few years with this doctor. She is great and especially in her listening skills and communication and building trust with her patients. What I really look for in a primary care doctor is someone who does shared decision-making and that is the definition of Dr. Robinowitz. I really like how she listens to you and you come up with the plan together rather than her just talking at you and giving advice.

The automated phone messages I received to confirm my appointment were a garbled mess and totally useless. The robotic system needs to be scrapped and replaced with something that works.
