Hi, yes, so at this office, I love the fact that when I check in, the girls up front are very nice and welcoming. I love the fact that Dr. Leah listens to my concerns with my daughters and she addresses everything that I have a concern with. And then I love the nurse that checks them in, Ms. Sabrina. She was very nice and welcoming to the girls. So I love just the warmness and welcoming and then listening to what my concerns are and addressing them that Dr. Leah does. Thank you so much.

I just thought she was a little too quick to prescribe something when my daughter said she had anxiety and she mentioned prescribing something that I thought, you know, maybe exploring other options before going to medication for that would be better.

It's just too bad that if I have a cold, it's probably hard to get in to see her. That's my only complaint. I wish I could see her whenever I felt like I needed to see a doctor. My doctor made me feel genuinely cared for. So many doctors visits can feel rushed, but she was very human, took the time to listen, and provided resources that were realistic for my needs. The staff and nurses were also kind and welcoming. I left feeling heard, supported, and cared for. I also left with hope about my health.

I keep noticing the turnover of the front office staff and the nurses. Other than Maritza, the staff come across as unhappy with their jobs. I walk in with a smile and a cheery greeting, so it isn't that they are dealing with a grumpy patient. Their demeanor is a striking difference compared to the professional and warmth of Dr. Robinowitz.

It was impossible to get a hold of anyone that could update my copay. I had to actually go into the front desk the day before to make sure the copay was updated before my appointment. The fact that I couldn't actually reach anyone from the office was outrageous
