Dr. Robinowitz never fails to impress me with her broad knowledge (so many maladies cropping up at age 71!) and also to inspire - very grateful to have her as my physician.

I saw Dr. Robinowitz and she was great. She took all the time in the world with me, answered all my questions, was very knowledgeable. I would go to her anytime. It's just too bad that if I have a cold, it's probably hard to get in to see her. That's my only complaint. I wish I could see her whenever I felt like I needed to see a doctor. I think she's fantastic. Thank you. Bye.

My doctor made me feel genuinely cared for. So many doctors visits can feel rushed, but she was very human, took the time to listen, and provided resources that were realistic for my needs. The staff and nurses were also kind and welcoming. I left feeling heard, supported, and cared for. I also left with hope about my health.

I keep noticing the turnover of the front office staff and the nurses. Other than Maritza, the staff come across as unhappy with their jobs. I walk in with a smile and a cheery greeting, so it isn't that they are dealing with a grumpy patient. Their demeanor is a striking difference compared to the professional and warmth of Dr. Robinowitz.

Having gone through some really significant health issues for both myself and my husband, she made that experience hopeful, embracing and bolster my confidence intuitively . Her caring and her knowledge is beyond expectations.

It was impossible to get a hold of anyone that could update my copay. I had to actually go into the front desk the day before to make sure the copay was updated before my appointment. The fact that I couldn't actually reach anyone from the office was outrageous

I have a family doctor! Dr R is what any "head of family" person would want. She treats my family as a family Dr with all the ins and outs that is required. We are so lucky that she stumbled into our family healthcare. Dr. Robinowitz is the family Dr everyone wants, I assure you. Aside from the name, I don't think I have ever spelled it correctly!

Had trouble logging in with my computer for the video appointment. I had previously tested the speaker and microphone as suggested and they worked fine. Your end said they couldn't recognize them for some reason so I quickly had to switch over to my cell phone which was less than ideal due to the small screen size.
