Dr Robinowitz took the time necessary to listen to my concerns and addressed them fully. She was also very caring and kind. I left feeling reassured I'm in very good hands.

Would love to be able to reach an actual person on the phone more easily. I was sent for additional tests at another location. When there was a question about the urgency of the test, I was asked by the scheduler to contact my primary. I was unable to get anyone on the phone and had to leave a voice mail and didn't hear back until the next day.

The location of this office ( your nearest to me) is significantly farther from my home than other providers, but the personal attention and cooperation are worth the additional travel.

This is the first time I can recall that a medical provider actually listened to me, and didn't just judge me on how I look. There was no judgement for time lapsed between appointments, or anything I haven't had done yet. Just care, understanding, and empathy. The whole team was amazing. Sabrina was wonderful. They all put me at ease. I actually am hopeful and happy about my next appointment there.

Had a video conference scheduled. Have done a number of these without any problem. I use my laptop and NOT my phone, as that is my choice. Could not get into video call and with the assistance of Dr. Robinowitz and her staff still could not get into the video call. Even tried touse cell phone and got messages about having to update my browser. Gave up and and I had to settle for a phone call, which Dr. Robinowitz said my insurance will not cover. I am not happy and I will not pay for this phone call. No one knew how to reach the help desk for MyChart. If we are forced into medical care by computer, then the technology needs to work and if not the business that is forcing us into using this pitiful excuse for managing our health care must provide assistance when there is a failure to connect. This set a up a very unpleasant and frustrating start trying to get help and especially when I am sick and not feeling well. I give this a total fail! Not that it matters to WellStar but I still give this visit a total fail!
