I thought Dr. Robinowitz was extremely cordial. I was, however, disappointed with the staff's lack of attention in that they seated me in the room and left me for 45 minutes in a gown without updating me as to how much longer I would be waiting on the doctor.

I was beyond plz with my visit with Dr Rabinowitz. She was caring, helpful and offered choices to my care. Look forward to her being my primary care doc.

Dr. Robinowitz was extremely personable and kind. I also was impressed by Nurse Sabrina's shot giving skills - I barely felt a thing! My whole visit was great!

Had a video conference scheduled. Have done a number of these without any problem. I use my laptop and NOT my phone, as that is my choice. Could not get into video call and with the assistance of Dr. Robinowitz and her staff still could not get into the video call. Even tried touse cell phone and got messages about having to update my browser. Gave up and and I had to settle for a phone call, which Dr. Robinowitz said my insurance will not cover. I am not happy and I will not pay for this phone call. No one knew how to reach the help desk for MyChart. If we are forced into medical care by computer, then the technology needs to work and if not the business that is forcing us into using this pitiful excuse for managing our health care must provide assistance when there is a failure to connect. This set a up a very unpleasant and frustrating start trying to get help and especially when I am sick and not feeling well. I give this a total fail! Not that it matters to WellStar but I still give this visit a total fail!

Dr. Robinowitz always takes the time to listen and address all concerns that I have. Even if she is running behind, she always takes the time with me and I never feel rushed. She is kind, compassionate, and is an incredible doctor. I recommend her to everyone looking for a PCP.
