With that said, Wellstar appears to have a disconnect between healthcare and consumer service. For example, I had an appointment today, but I received an email today asking me to consider scheduling an appointment. (2) I had a billing question and the billing representative on MyChart said they could not help me and could not refer my inquiry to your location. I would need to contact them directly. That is not the level of customer service I would expect from Wellstar. Thank you
