My experience with my primary was fine but unfortunately they had to refer me over to the ER. Wellstar Douglas moves at a snails pace. I've been here since 11a and I've not yet seen a Dr or gotten any feedback regarding a result. I like my primary but it makes me question whether I should stay in the Wellstar circle if the emergency care doesn't process it's patients. I was in the waiting room from 11a to 4:30p and now sitting in the ED room area in a cubicle. It is 4:52 and like previously stated I've yet to see a Dr or be given any feedback regarding results.

The staff is very, very, very nice. They're very, very easy to get along with. They understand what you say. They're concerned about your visits and concerned about your medicine, concerned about your health. And I got to say nothing but great things to say about that. Everybody in that office in Douglas Phil, everybody's wonderful. Laura Stinson is a wonderful person, all her staff. I just give everybody a 10, 10, 10. Thank y'all very much.

Laura is very helpful, knowledgeable and is an excellent practitioner. She provides a listening ear as well as the knowledge of how help me. Thankful for all she brings to the office especially with her kind heart. I would however like to highlight her nurse. I am bad with names but every time I have been seen she truly does an amazing job. I have anxiety and my blood pressure is always high in office but not ant home. Every time I have been seen with her she is so kind, patient and present with me. I can not say enough of how her experience and kind spirit does for the office, as well as the patients. Her presence is very calming and her years of experience shows. If I am being honest, the entire office has been amazing. From the first phone call to the last person you see when leaving. I am very thankful for this team of health providers. Thank you for your dedication.
