Laura Stinson was very thorough as she listened to me tell about my symptoms. She asked if I had any concerns about my health issyes and I said "yes" my ears (hearing loss) and my BP being high. She talked to me and gave me a card to an ENT if I wasn't better after this course of medicine. She gave me a BLood Pressure Log to keep daily and return it via My Chart and we'd see if some changes to BP medication appeared to be warranted. I felt like she really listened to mevand so far tge medicine is helping though I am still dick. If I don't get better or get wirse I was instructed to call and come back to take a secong look, which I will do if I don't feel much better in next few days. I appreciate Laura fir her thoroughness and concern. The Office staff were all friendly and wished me to feel better. They were all very nice and professional.
