Laura is a great NP very caring and loving. Listen carefully what you have to say and your concern and she addres them very well. The MA on the other hand made a lots of mistakes she acted like she has anxiety or in a hurry did not give chance to listen what she was asking you when she was telling you another thing to do. She needs to focus a little bit more on what she is doing and try to relax a little bit more.
