Laura Stinson, NP was very thorough, and I felt as if she really listened to my concerns and gave me a solution to the problem for which I presented. I did not feel rushed during the visit. Also, the Medical Assistant, Sheryl had a calming and caring attitude which helped me to relax. She also had an excellent sense of humor which was relaxing, as well.
