My experience with my primary was fine but unfortunately they had to refer me over to the ER. Wellstar Douglas moves at a snails pace. I've been here since 11a and I've not yet seen a Dr or gotten any feedback regarding a result. I like my primary but it makes me question whether I should stay in the Wellstar circle if the emergency care doesn't process it's patients. I was in the waiting room from 11a to 4:30p and now sitting in the ED room area in a cubicle. It is 4:52 and like previously stated I've yet to see a Dr or be given any feedback regarding results.
