I waited two hours because someone erased the board. So if she hadn't shown up and looked in the door to see me, I would not have been seen today. I don't know who erased the board, but they really need to be disciplined.

Parking deck was AWFUL. Empty spaces reserved for "VIPs" and other "special groups -not for PATIENTS. I arrived in plenty of time but STILL had to leave the parking deck to go to the ambulatory care center deck. It's a good thing I knew about that deck or I would never have made it to my appt. Furthermore, tge structure of the existing deck is awful and borderline confusing.

The clinic was very hard for me to find. Even some employees there didn't know where to direct me. A printed directive would have helped me quite a lot, because my last visit was at medicine 2. Otherwise, everyone was very nice and as helpful as their knowledge allowed.

From the initial signing into the organ center and every professional that has a part of our evaluation and explanation of pre and post surgery expectations. Then the financial aspects are discussed. Each of our concerns were discussed and we left with a better understanding and peace about what transplant involves and a much greater appreciation for donors!
