Dr. Latoya Etheridge received her bachelor’s degree in biology with a minor in microbiology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She received her medical degree from the Boston University School of Medicine. Dr. Etheridge completed her family medicine residency at Tufts University in Malden, Mass.
She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

This was one of many visits I've gone to your clinic and to Urgent Care Center, and it has been the most pleasant as far as the staff, from the front desk to the medical assistants, to the nurse. But Dr. Etheridge has, I've seen her before, and she has, she's just wonderful, very kind, very thorough, very professional, and listens very well, very patient, explained everything, and everything, the journey she said would happen happened, and everything was good. And I really appreciate her time and expertise. I will definitely, well, I hope I don't have to, but I'm sure I'll be back. Thank you.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this urgent care. I paid $50 for a visit, only to leave with a steroid and antibiotics for symptoms that were never properly diagnosed. I went in specifically because I had a painful lump in my arm, and instead of receiving clear answers or appropriate care, I was told that the issue was "unknown" and that I should follow up with my primary care physician. It is frustrating to be prescribed medication without understanding what it is treating or whether it will even help. I trusted this facility to provide clarity and care, but instead, I left feeling unheard and uncertain. Given the lack of diagnosis and resolution, I am requesting a refund for this visit. Patients deserve better communication, proper evaluation, and confidence in the treatment they are given.

This is probably the most pleasant and courteous staff I have encountered when taking my children to an urgent care facility. Even though we are out of network with our insurance, I would definitely come here again over the other Urgent Care facilities. The nurse that we had that day was AWESOME!!!!

The person who checked me in and the nurse who took my information and the doctor were all excellent and professional and the place was very clean, which is why I've returned. The reason I did not rate a 10 is because the wait time is extremely long and the place is understaffed from a physician standpoint. Otherwise, I think the experience was great.

Dr. Latoya is Amazing! She walked in the room with a Big smile and great energy. She listen to what I was concerned about. She went the extra mile. She has a beautiful disposition and I can tell she loves her job. It was like back in the day. She has such a heart and will take the time to listen. I would recommend everyone to her. I realize she's only there once a month. They need to keep her. She deserves a raise. I felt so great after leaving. It's very clean and I enjoyed the Nurse and the front lady at the desk. Very delightful.
