The staff, including the doctor, are all warm, friendly and helpful. The doctor is knowledgeable and caring. Very good about answering questions and patient.

Dr. Atwell-Small is attentive, professional, and genuinely cares for the well-being of her patients. I am so pleased with the care and treatment that I receive.

Dr. Atwell-Small is always so professional, patient and caring towards my mom. I shared with Dr. Atwell-Small that the medication is currently taking is not working for her knee pain. She increased the strength of the medication and ordered from mom's pharmacy. Dr. Atwell-Small's support staff are always so helpful and courteous. On a different note, it was my understanding that a specific parking lot was built for medical staff. This was supposed to help with the unavailability of parking spaces for those that have doctor's appointments. Today when we left (4:00 pm) I noticed there were SEVERAL medical staff (wearing scrubs) going to their cars (148 building). This is very frustrating when you have to drive around the lot and wait for someone to leave, while concerning about being late for your appointment.

My experience with the team was top tier from beginning to end. The entire staff was professional and friendly. The facility was very clean. My only complaint is even though you can tell they had been laundered, my gown and pillow case had stains on them.

Yes, the visit to the doctor's office was very satisfying and reassuring to me. I just recently moved here and was concerned about health issues for my husband and myself, and she answered all the questions. She demonstrated through the questions that she did ask me a true interest in my health and responded in ways that let me know that she heard what I said. I was very impressed, very, very impressed with the service of the doctor and all of her staff, from the entry coming in and at the service desk and people in between, the entire staff. I'm very impressed with WellStar, the contact that I've had in many situations.
