The doctor was great, the staff was great, but you need more PAs or doctors in that office because I literally can't have my physical for a year from the visit of establishing at the office. So we need more doctors and more PAs so patients can get in sooner. Twelve months is a little ridiculous. Thank you.

I was communicating with the Dr. and the staff member called and asked if I had my virtual appointment and I went back to the Dr. and then she couldn't hear me and ended the appointment. I had to make a in person appointment instead.

Dr. Atwell-Small is always so professional, patient and caring towards my mom. I shared with Dr. Atwell-Small that the medication is currently taking is not working for her knee pain. She increased the strength of the medication and ordered from mom's pharmacy. Dr. Atwell-Small's support staff are always so helpful and courteous. On a different note, it was my understanding that a specific parking lot was built for medical staff. This was supposed to help with the unavailability of parking spaces for those that have doctor's appointments. Today when we left (4:00 pm) I noticed there were SEVERAL medical staff (wearing scrubs) going to their cars (148 building). This is very frustrating when you have to drive around the lot and wait for someone to leave, while concerning about being late for your appointment.
