I had trouble connecting to the site to have the zoom call with the doctor. I think you need to make sure that it's able to be opened up in Safari instead of doing this cut and paste and all that kind of stuff. By the time I was figuring out what to do we already used up time. So I really didn't get a thorough visit. everyone was doing their best to help me get connected, but it didn't happen.

I asked to see Internal Med. When I got there it was a family dr. Not what I expected. So I got a referral. I shouldn't have tonpay for that visIt. wasn't at all what I expected.

I took mom to Northside ER for foot pain and nausea. They said she had Superficial Vein Thrombosis and referred her to a Vascular dr. They said to see her in 1-2 days but that dr was booked til mid august. So I called wellstar and told the person answering this and said we'd like to see a vascular dr sooner. She said well "i can google some doctors for you." I was baffled by this, I thought her job would be to find a wellstar vascular surgeon to hopefully meet with sooner and instruct me on how to get the northside referral to the right people? Maybe I misunderstood her job.

I have been going to Dr Niazi since his first day in his practice. I was a a patient of Dr Newlon before that. I have dedicated my medical care to Dr Newlon then Dr Niazi since Dr Newlon retired. But, I don't get that same concern for my health from Wellstar as I gave Dr Newlo and Dr Niazi. I just had a relapse in pneumonia treatment. I called to be seen by Dr Niazi (my (PCP) since he started. I was extremely sick. Dr Niazi did not have opening. I asked that they ask Dr Niazi to squeeze me in at the end of day. They said you don't do that because that would cause a nurse to have to stay late. I worked at UPS for 38 years. I worked late everyday. Why won't you ask thevDr if he could be squeezed in after 30 years and is extremely sick. Dr Bailey had an opening. SHE IS NOT MY DOCTOR! I have been a patient at that same office for 30 years. I did not get the same respect from Wellstar yesterday that I have given to Wellstar for 30 years.
