I have been going to Dr Niazi since his first day in his practice. I was a a patient of Dr Newlon before that. I have dedicated my medical care to Dr Newlon then Dr Niazi since Dr Newlon retired. But, I don't get that same concern for my health from Wellstar as I gave Dr Newlo and Dr Niazi. I just had a relapse in pneumonia treatment. I called to be seen by Dr Niazi (my (PCP) since he started. I was extremely sick. Dr Niazi did not have opening. I asked that they ask Dr Niazi to squeeze me in at the end of day. They said you don't do that because that would cause a nurse to have to stay late. I worked at UPS for 38 years. I worked late everyday. Why won't you ask thevDr if he could be squeezed in after 30 years and is extremely sick. Dr Bailey had an opening. SHE IS NOT MY DOCTOR! I have been a patient at that same office for 30 years. I did not get the same respect from Wellstar yesterday that I have given to Wellstar for 30 years.

The facilties are very clean and happy. Very free flowing space. Quiet atmosphere without being stifling. Medical staff friendly and battered with my playfulness. Dr, Blair-watson was friendly. Personable and knowledgeable. This was only our first visit and my conforta level makes me want to have my mom transferred to Dr. Blair-Watson too. The grounds were clean and appealing and welcoming. Great job!!!!

I came in today in desperate need of help managing my ADHD symptoms. I have been struggling badly with emotional regulation, impulsive eating, and feeling like I am barely holding on. Getting to this appointment was not easy for me. It was the result of years of trying to get myself to the point where I could ask for help again. Because of that, leaving with only a referral and feeling rushed out of the room before I had a chance to regulate was incredibly upsetting and embarrassing. Since leaving the office, I have had wave after wave of anxiety attacks. I left feeling defeated, blown off, and like the amount of effort it took for me to get there was not understood. I understand that referrals may be necessary, but I needed compassion, support, and a clear plan for what to do while I wait. Instead, I left feeling like I was too much and not actually helped. I am sharing this because I hope future patients in a similar situation are given more time, care, and reassurance when they come in asking for help.

My experience was mostly very good. The nurse was great. The facility was nice. Everything was good until the very end when I asked an additional question to my doctor and she rolled her eyes and acted like I was inconveniencing her. It wasn't very nice, especially because I hadn't really asked many questions before and I was concerned about my health.

I have been going to Dr Niazi since his first day in his practice. I was a a patient of Dr Newlon before that. I have dedicated my medical care to Dr Newlon then Dr Niazi since Dr Newlon retired. But, I don't get that same concern for my health from Wellstar as I gave Dr Newlo and Dr Niazi. I just had a relapse in pneumonia treatment. I called to be seen by Dr Niazi (my (PCP) since he started. I was extremely sick. Dr Niazi did not have opening. I asked that they ask Dr Niazi to squeeze me in at the end of day. They said you don't do that because that would cause a nurse to have to stay late. I worked at UPS for 38 years. I worked late everyday. Why won't you ask thevDr if he could be squeezed in after 30 years and is extremely sick. Dr Bailey had an opening. SHE IS NOT MY DOCTOR! I have been a patient at that same office for 30 years. I did not get the same respect from Wellstar yesterday that I have given to Wellstar for 30 years.
