Her willingness to describe her findings and review them slowly and directly enough for my pen-and-paper notes to keep up is very valuable to me; not only do I feel cared for and well attended, but I feel I understand my options and next steps better than I have at any other practice I have attended in my adult life. I'm grateful to Dr. Doshi for her attention and her work, and I'm grateful to the team at Towne Lake for treating me like a person and not like a resource from which to extract value. Many thanks!

Difficulties with insurance. I had my insurance company call and talk to office staff. It has still not been corrected in your system and now my appt tomorrow is showing incorrect insurance plan again ! I am very frustrated by this as my insurance has NOT changed in several years. Anthem says it was an error on Wellstar end and he said it was straightened out. Apparently it is not. I will not sign the estimate until this has been corrected

The practice called me at 8:30 for a 10:00 appointment time. I questioned this and was told that Dr Doshi was running early and was ready for the appointment. (I had not gotten up yet as this was the first day of my vacation). I couldn't log into the visit that early. The staff should be updated that the virtual visit cannot be joined 90 minutes early.
