The practice called me at 8:30 for a 10:00 appointment time. I questioned this and was told that Dr Doshi was running early and was ready for the appointment. (I had not gotten up yet as this was the first day of my vacation). I couldn't log into the visit that early. The staff should be updated that the virtual visit cannot be joined 90 minutes early.
