I was very updated on information I needed. I wish I had gotten the written update on my condition however. I got notes on meds. It was overwhelming the info I got but would love the written update and forgoing treatment. Unfortunately I have to have things in writing so I can read it continuously.

She was absolutely fantastic. I definitely trust this provider, Ms. Kauffman. She was really fantastic. I will definitely come back and I actually only want to see her from now on. So I will 100% always highly recommend her and I trust her. She was fantastic.

The nurses, staff, and Dr Kauffman were incredibly helpful and supportive. I left there feeling heard and taken care of. I love this office. The only person who seemed disinterested was the person checking people out. She wasn't unpleasant she was just disinterested in anyone and anything - very different from the rest of the office.

I truly appreciate my Nurse that helped me today. She went above her duties today to accommodate my Mom, and I am extremely grateful for that!! Now my Nurse Practitioner heard my concerns, read my notes that my doctor had on file and we are going to try something new that we discussed that might be helpful!! Also I had a concern regarding my infusion site and she investigated my concerns and seen that it was merely a clerical error and now I'm all set for my next appointment. Although my doctor was not in, she was covered by some GREAT INDIVIDUALS!!
