Dr. Kinger was excellent thorough, attentive and clearly knowledgeable. I truly appreciated her care. However the overall experience was impacted by the staff in office operations. I arrived early for my 7:30 AM appointment as it is customary to allow time for paperwork, but the office didn't open until exactly 7:30. The endocrinology front desk assistant wasn't present at the time, which added to the confusion. The nurse who assisted me lacked warmth and bedside manner, which made the visit feel less welcoming. Additionally, I wasn't seen by Dr. Kinger until nearly 8 AM a full 30 minutes after my scheduled time. While I understand delays can happen, the lack of communication and courtesy from staff made the wait more frustrating. I hope the team can work toward improving punctuality, and patient interaction to match the high standard of care Dr. Kinger provides.
