I am new to wellstar and could not have asked for a better experience with this doctor. She listened to my concerns and never rushed the time she spent with me.

Dr. Kinger was excellent thorough, attentive and clearly knowledgeable. I truly appreciated her care. However the overall experience was impacted by the staff in office operations. I arrived early for my 7:30 AM appointment as it is customary to allow time for paperwork, but the office didn't open until exactly 7:30. The endocrinology front desk assistant wasn't present at the time, which added to the confusion. The nurse who assisted me lacked warmth and bedside manner, which made the visit feel less welcoming. Additionally, I wasn't seen by Dr. Kinger until nearly 8 AM a full 30 minutes after my scheduled time. While I understand delays can happen, the lack of communication and courtesy from staff made the wait more frustrating. I hope the team can work toward improving punctuality, and patient interaction to match the high standard of care Dr. Kinger provides.

The clinic was clean, the staff at the front desk was friendly. Nurse London was perfect, her kindness, patience, demeanor & professionalism were all outstanding. Dr. Kinger was absolutely amazing, excellent listener, patient in hearing me out without any interruption, explained EVERYTHING ref the test I agreed upon, the what, reasons & why...Questions from my daughter were very pleasantly explained & asked if either of us had any more. They both left us smiling even though I had to do labs & HATE needles.

I just wanted to say that everyone at the office was great and I really liked Dr. Kinger. I felt like she really listened to me and explained stuff to me and stuff that I could understand, which I've never really had with a doctor before. She was very nice, very pleasant. The nurse whose name I cannot remember was also very pleasant. Everybody there was very, very nice. and it was a great experience. One of the best experiences I've ever had at a doctor's office.

she seemed to deal me as an individual, recognizing that my quirks require a degree of accommodation. I think this is important. My dealing with depression affects what works and what does not work with management of my diabetes, as well as my ability or willingness to count every gram of carbs or log every relevant part of my life. She accepted my "lifestyle" description with limited suggestions for change, making it see like I could work with her exceptionally well.
