I arrived 30 minutes prior to my appointment. I was taken back 10 minutes before three. I was had my weight taken blood pressure all that taken to a room and there I sat for 45 minutes. I finally had to go ask someone at the front desk if I was going to be seen or if I needed to reschedule my appointment, I was told there had been emergency and someone will be with me shortly, which was another 10 minutes. It would've been nice if someone would've cared enough to come in and say we're gonna be a little while there was an accident. I had no idea what was going on being in a little 5 foot room is not a pleasure for me.

Upon learning that I didn't have insurance, Kisa immediately stated that she was changing my appointment from a physical to a regular visit, which she explained was not as thorough. There were several assumptions made throughout the visit that could have been taken as stereotypical. This was THE most unpleasant visit I've ever had since I've been a patient.
