Today went great it was my Medicare check up! They did bloodwork but no one ever goes over them with me and explain what it all means! And I don't like to take meds if there is a alternative!

Dr. Kisa Huenick is by far the best doctor that I have ever had. She listens doesn't seem to be judgemental or dismissive. I have had better results since she has been my PCP. For once I am not overwhelm before my visits. Because before Dr. Kisa my visits were always filled with anxiety because I felt that the instructions that I were given were mostly unattainable and drastic. Dr. Kisa gives me instructions that are step by step plan of action that is reasonable and effective. She has great bed side manner and pleasant to talk to. I think that she is a viable credit to this practice. I will continue to trust her with leadership to a better health outcome for myself. Better Health, Better Life

I was thoroughly upset by the lack of professionalism yesterday. I was put in a room and sat for about an hour with no one coming in to say anything to me. When the NP finally came in, she informed me she was in a meeting during my appointment time. I informed her that the responsible thing would have been for staff to let me know that. I was upset and she spent less than ten minutes with me. I was not happy at all with the service I was provided or should I say lack of service. I am a senior and have other appointments, I feel that I should be given a little time with my provider. I'm not satisfied with this service at all.
