Kisa is wonderful (as always)! The front office young lady that checked me in (and scheduled me for my return visit on the way out) was great too. She was welcoming and friendly. I appreciate the entire staff.

I just want to say that the health care provider, Kisa, that I was treating with went over and beyond what I expected. This was just a regular routine visit. I've had several of those in the past with other providers, but this is the first time where someone came in and actually explained the blood work that I got and then went over and beyond to explain that there were other additional tests that they wanted to do on me, which I think just shows the level of care that I received. So I just want to say that she went over and beyond treatment. And also, I asked a lot of questions and she was able to give me all, answer all of my questions. So I appreciated that. And then I felt like this provider took her time with me in whatever the smallest thing she addressed. So I just, I, you know, want to just say she did phenomenal and I appreciate her as a provider.

The staff were welcoming and pleasant. However, I was expecting more information regarding my health considering this was a follow up appointment. I'm still having issues with perimenopause they were both addressed, the lab technician wasn't available to take blood samples, and I was sent away with a referral to another office for the labs. I felt like it was a complete waste of time. I have to take leave that I accrue on my job for these dr's appointments and if a lab tech wasn't available, I should've been notified and appointment rescheduled.
