I appreciate that my concerns were listened to and that the appropriate testing was ordered. My only suggestion would be to continue improving communication about follow-up care and next steps, especially when abnormal results or ongoing health concerns are involved. Clear explanations and timely follow-up help patients feel informed and supported. Thank you to everyone who assisted with my care.

Well, they were really fast, but I actually felt kind of rushed the whole time. I had a problem with going to the bathroom. It took me a minute, and I felt like they were getting kind of aggravated with me because I couldn't pee right on spot. But my appointment, I think it was at like 11:30, maybe a little earlier than that, and I was there maybe 20 minutes, and it was very, very brief. So hopefully the next time it'll be more exclusive and I'll get to learn more about what's going on with baby.

Too many times, I've felt dismissed or made to feel like I didn't understand my own body, and I often leave feeling pressured toward a particular decision. This experience was completely different. She listened, respected my concerns, and took the time to make me feel valued as a patient. I never felt rushed, judged, or persuaded-only supported and informed. She was absolutely wonderful, and I'm incredibly grateful for the care she provided.
