Everyone I encountered was kind and professional. I'm sorry that I didn't catch the names of the two front office team members, but they greeted me as soon as I walked in, checked me in quickly, and let me know that I would be taken back in a few minutes. Stephen took me back, got my weight and vitals, and reviewed my medications. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. At the end of my visit, he also gave me a vaccine. It was relatively painless and administered quickly. I can't say enough about Kevin, my nurse practitioner. When he walked into the exam room, he greeted me warmly. He knew about my lab results and about goals we had previously established before he even logged in to the computer. He took time to thoroughly address all my concerns, frequently referencing medical studies during our discussion. He sat on a stool, faced me directly, and made me feel that I had his complete and undivided attention. His bedside manner is exceptional!

This was my 1st visit, From the moment I entered the lobby I was greeted by Ms. Monica exceptionally kind person, next there was Nurse Steven awesomeness describes his professionalism and Last But Not least Dr. Kevin he really CARED about the pain I'm experiencing, he took the time to EXPLAIN everything in laymon terms and I can't forget about the (N.P) Ms. Eva very caring and attentive to my diagnosis Thank you Guys.

He listened intently to everything I said. He thoroughly explained everything we discussed. I am a retired nurse, but I never bring that up during my office visits. I want things explained to me just as they would be to someone with no medical background. Kevin did not disappoint! We discussed my lab results, concerns, and a plan going forward. He was receptive to my thoughts and ideas, and he backed up his input with medical facts and research. I am grateful that he is my primary care provider!
