Kind, prompt attentive, good eye contact. I know it's a difficult balance to be engaged with a patient at the same time. you are instructed to get all the computer work done in the room. I think given the unrealistic expectations given by the people who only know the job on paper and I've never stepped foot in a realistic day-to-day. Patient care setting, they do a phenomenal job. Someday the balances of familiarizing yourself with an actual setting, and not the black-and-white of a piece of paper should come together and meet someday.

Always on time, if not early seeing you for your appointments. Kevin and his staff are always kind, attentive, and caring. Questions asked using MyChart are answered promptly. The only negative I might give is that there are A LOT of pre appointment alerts. I appreciate the alert letting me know it's upcoming, but letting me know it's upcoming (2-3 times), asking me to check in 3-4 days before the appointment, and again the day of the appt, the expected cost of the appointment. It all is a bit much.
