Kind, prompt attentive, good eye contact. I know it's a difficult balance to be engaged with a patient at the same time. you are instructed to get all the computer work done in the room. I think given the unrealistic expectations given by the people who only know the job on paper and I've never stepped foot in a realistic day-to-day. Patient care setting, they do a phenomenal job. Someday the balances of familiarizing yourself with an actual setting, and not the black-and-white of a piece of paper should come together and meet someday.
