Your question "did your provider wash his hands?" Could not be answered by any of your choices because the correct answer is I HAVE NO IDEA because I did not notice one way or the other. So it was impossible to answer and I just skipped it. BUT THEN I COULD NOT GO TO THE NEXT QUESTION. This is a serious question error by the survey designer and he should be replaced by a more qualified designer.

In all my years I have never had a physician come in and tell me "he's running a little behind and would be in to see me in a few minutes." I was stunned! What a nice thing to do - instead of leaving me there waiting! I was very impressed with him. From the receptionist to the nurses and scheduler everyone made me feel very welcome!

I am very unhappy with my visit. They were supposed to forward the information to Marietta Eye Clinic, so I got approved for them to do surgery on me, because I have COPD. As of now, I am still waiting for that to happen. I am not really a very happy camper here. Thank you.
