Wellstar has totally changed the style of delivery of Healthcare to distance the patient from the Healthcare provider. All the forms and the bracelets make one feel like an animal instead of a person. They are gone over so rapidly that one cannot comprehend the content and feels that the company is trying to cover itself instead of take care of YOU.

Only reason I would not recommend the office is the length of time it takes to get an appointment. My wife had to reschedule hers due to sickness (she was in ER yesterday) and the next appointment is 6 months. Having said that, the docs are great.

A prescription was prescribed- but I won't be using it as the pharmacy called & said it wouldn't be paid for-$1,000. Was way too much! I hope there will be an alternative! I guess I need to call the Dr with these concerns.

Not impressed with the front office staff but very impressed with every doctor I have ever seen at this office. The doctors always explain everything, are very patient with me when I have questions, are friendly, and very thorough. Unfortunately the front desk staff is loud, are often eating when signing me in or out and a couple stink of smoke. Between the stench of the smoke on some of them and the food lying on top of files (both, in my opinion are so unprofessional) I have seriously considered finding a new practice but I'm so impressed with the docs and feel so comfortable with the ones that have seen me that I hate to move. Maybe, by voicing my concerns here, something can be done. Thanks,
