This was my first ever appointment with Dr. Buchanan. I will be better able to answer a survey after a few meetings. I have a very good impression after this meeting! FYI, I do not recall whether staff/doctor sanitized hands as I was inside the room and there are multiple sanitizer stations in the hall which they most likely used, I was not in a position to see them. As an aside, it would be helpful to have a door hook in the patient restroom for coat/purse, or perhaps a small table on which to rest belongings.

She knows my medical history before she walks in the exam area to see me. She works well with her assigned nurse/assistant and I feel completely relaxed in her care.

The staff is new, again. I ask for a refill an oil Rx that's used on my dry ears. It was not filled. Why? I asked about the scar at the end of my nose from Basal skin cell cancer surgery. What I heard was it looks good, which to me it means there's nothing we can do for you, you'll haves to live with it. Not what I wanted to hear.
