The only thing that never goes smoothly is the ck in concerning well star. I always have to get a card copied or answer questions that repeat ever time. It's like it never gets recorded in the system. I even had to show id this time. I go here every 6 months.

The new wrist band system is stupid and handing patients the rest of sheet is stupid!Why can't the support personnel just grab sheet when they call you back?!

I have been very happy with my treatment by Dr. Buchanan. Staff also. However, I am concerned about the length of time for former or new patients to make an appointment. The medical situation in Aiken is not good. Doctors are leaving and we have a definite and dangerous shortage of doctors who are available to our growing population. The shortage spreads across the river to Augusta, Georgia.

I was in the examining room with totally disrobed, ready for my exam, and had to wait a little bit too long, I think almost 30 minutes for the doctor. A little bit quicker availability of the doctor would be good, but otherwise, everything was well done and very satisfactorily. Thank you.
