My appt was for ¹:30 but I was asked to come in by 11:15. I was admitted but sat for 45 mins waiting to be seen! Finally, I got up and ask if they'd forgotten about me! It 12:00 they finally told me they were running behind. I was finally seen after almost an hour!

Dr. Buchanan was very professional & listened to everything I said about the issue I had with my scalp. The staff was friendly & very professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Buchanan to family & friends.

The provider and the practice are top notch. The staff is mostly friendly and accommodating. I trust the physicians that have treated me implicitly. The only thing that this practice lacks is proper parking. Street parking is not guaranteed in this downtown location. The "parking area" next to the practice is much too narrow for adequate clearance between vehicles. Example: A large SUV parked next to us had to back up and go forward twice before it could clear the vehicles in the parking slots across the parking area. Also, the parking area exits into a narrow, potholed alley that itself exits through two blind corners onto a overcrowded city street. If there haven't been accidents at this location...in the parking area or in the exit alley...then Wellstar has been truly lucky. If your legal and safety personnel haven't toured this parking area, then a visit should be made immediately. First, I don't see an adequate fix for the parking hazards at this location. The practice is in a congested downtown location where clearing out an area surrounding the practice is just not feasible. I would recommend moving the practices in this building to a facility that has proper lane widths for vehicles backing from their parking slot and has good ingress and egress routes. Otherwise you will likely have legal issues from vehicle accidents in the parking area or pedestrian injuries at the exit of the alley behind the parking area. I understand that my recommendation is a drastic solution to the parking problem, but I just don't see another practical solution.

I always feel very confident that I'm getting the best medical attention possible at this facility. Kendall has great bedside manners, she takes her time and is very thorough with the exam and questions I may have.

The entire team were great, made me feel comfortable, explained what was going on and just did a great job, thank you. Now we'll star itself on the other hand needs to improve a bit. I must have gotten over 5 reminders of the appointment, overkill. One or two would be good. Also asking me to pay my balance prior to the visit, never going to happen. We have great secondary insurance so why would I oay ahead ? That is it and thank you, overall great job.

My only dislike is the increasing email's from the new data system, many that are duplicative or do not provide any useful information. For example after my last appointment I received 7 emails. 3 of the emails were concerning test results to review on MyChart. But there were no tests completed and none to review. Need to clean this process up.

My appt was for ¹:30 but I was asked to come in by 11:15. I was admitted but sat for 45 mins waiting to be seen! Finally, I got up and ask if they'd forgotten about me! It 12:00 they finally told me they were running behind. I was finally seen after almost an hour!
