Dr. Watson and the front desk staff always make our visits here a pleasant one. Dr. Watson is friendly, asks good questions, and makes sure she fully understands what is going on with our children. The front desk staff are friendly and very helpful - and always listen and assist with a smile. Love coming to this clinic!

It's extremely to reach somebody in the actual office if you're having a question or concern. I had to call the answering service several times and I kept getting a message that they weren't available. This is over a few days period where I tried several times to be connected to the office directly and I was, you know, kind of waiting on hold and then got cut off and hung up on. And I did call back several times and like I said, got the answering service, but as soon as the answering service would answer, it would say they weren't available and it would just hang up. So we had issues over a couple of days. Eventually, we had to just make an appointment and just show up to even ask our questions. So it would be very helpful if you could fix this.

And Dr. Watson is very thorough. She's patient. She sits and listens. She takes the time to really understand what's going on with my child and really helps me through my day-to-day, especially with handling his health needs.
