I love the in-house lab. Plus this office has a lot of people working in the background to triage their clients. Once I thought I had a UTI, so I called and scheduled a visit. The earliest they had was 2 days later, so I took it. The next morning someone called me and sai "I don't want you to wait that long... come on in and we will work you in". They seem to be very aware and concerned with providing quality care.

Kelly always checks and makes sure everything's okay with you. If not, she'll go further and I trust her a lot.

The lab technician was extremely good and very nice. She drew blood without any discomfort. The girl at the lab desk was not professional or nice at all.
