The gentleman at the front desk was a little rude. He was rude to a patient that he said was late. He wouldn't listen to the patient as the patient tried to show him on his phone where it said his appointment was at a different time. A man in the waiting room told the gentleman behind the desk that he was rude and shouldn't be treating patients, especially the elderly, like that. He needs a job not dealing with the public. NP and nurse were great.
