The people and practitioners that work at this facility are fantastic, but having been a patient for many years, I have seen this practice struggle immensely since opening the Grovetown location. Patient wait times are MUCH longer than the downtown and the old Wheeler location. I value the time that is spent with me, and don't want to lose that face time that is often lost when "large hospitals" take over, and I realize that sometimes especially in an ob/gyn practice that special circumstances arise so I wonder why someone cannot simply pop into the room and update the patients when the physicians are running behind schedule. Also, it would be helpful if automated messages would stop prompting patients to show up fifteen minutes early to fill out paperwork when you will have to wait forty five minutes to an hour past your appointment time to see someone...you could fill out the paperwork during that time. Again, I value my doctor's time and don't mind waiting, I just believe that my time is just as valuable and deserves courtesy if there's going to be a delay. Thanks.
