The only trouble was checking in at the front desk, no one seemed to be aware of where she was located, where her office was. And it took a while, even the person in the cardiac area trying to call and find out where she is located or what office she uses in what part of the building was very difficult and she never did find where Dr. Anderson is. I had a really good experience. The only thing is that I was, I think there was an error in charging me. The co-pay was supposed to be $45 according to my insurance, but I was getting charged for many months the wrong amount. And it was, so I was getting charged $85 and I didn't realize it. And also they didn't explain why, when they noticed or how they noticed, but eventually I caught a check in the mail for the difference. But it would have been good to have someone actually notice or tell me they noticed or explain what actually happened because I just, all I knew is that I was, I got a check in the mail and I can only assume it's because the co-pay amount that I was paying was wrong. So that's the only comment I had. It was nothing to do with the provider, but mostly regarding payment at the.

After hearing completely & understanding my agonizing situation probably in coming sessions ,Ms. Anderson will be able to chalk our the way & methods to help me ..
