Hi there, Dr. Anderson is wonderful. Oh, she is just the most kind person and I am an LPC, a licensed professional counselor and peer-to-peer. I could not recommend her more highly. The only trouble was checking in at the front desk, no one seemed to be aware of where she was located, where her office was. I had a really good experience. The only thing is that I was, I think there was an error in charging me. The co-pay was supposed to be $45 according to my insurance, but I was getting charged for many months the wrong amount. And it was, so I was getting charged $85 and I didn't realize it. And also they didn't explain why, when they noticed or how they noticed, but eventually I caught a check in the mail for the difference. But it would have been good to have someone actually notice or tell me they noticed or explain what actually happened because I just, all I knew is that I was, I got a check in the mail and I can only assume it's because the co-pay amount that I was paying was wrong. So that's the only comment I had. It was nothing to do with the provider, but mostly regarding payment at the.
