Okay, Dr. Mulamalla knows as much about me as I know about me when I walk in that door. And when she comes in, she knows everything about me, which means she takes the time to look at everything, get all the information, because I have a lengthy list of other things for the last 20-some years here now at Wendell Wellstar. So yes, she's actually the best you can have, because she apparently cares a lot. And as far as I know, for me, Unbelievable. Thank you and thank her for me. Bye now.

When I scheduled my physical the earliest was 3 months out. Okay, I get that, however, when I arrived the MA had no idea I was there for a physical and said I was there for a follow up. I corrected him, he said no worries she can do a physical. My PCP then realized it was a Welcome to Medicare physical. I said I could reschedule if there was a problem. She said no problem and proceeded to rush through my physical. I am an RN and former medical center administrator so I could keep up with her rapid firing of questions but it did not make me feel comfortable. I know she is good and thorough but I really wished she would have just let me reschedule. I've never had this kind of interaction with her. This should never happen to anyone. I know you have nurses who handle messages maybe they should review providers schedules in advance and look for situations like this. I left the appointment very anxious and perplexed at to what transpired.
