Kaushang Gandhi MD received his Bachelors in Medicine/Surgery at Medical College of Baroda, India. He completed his residency at New York Medical College and his cardiology fellowship at Indiana University School of Medicine. Dr. Gandhi’s interest is in CHF as well as preventive cardiology, coronary artery disease, congenital heart disease, valvular heart disease, cardiac CT and peripheral vascular disease Dr. Kaushang Gandhi is certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease , Nuclear Cardiology, Echocardiography and RPVI (Vascular Interpretation.) The appointment went very well. The medical assistant and Dr. Gandhi are top notch. Of all my doctors, Dr. Gandhi is my favorite by far! He is very knowledgable, very caring and offers me options with my care. My 1 Complaint was that the waiting room as well as the exam room were very warm. I got hot and my caregiver ended up sweating as she had on a short sleeve blouse and capri pants. Please turn the a/c lower to make it comfortable for patients and guests!

After receiving countless texts & emails, to remind me of my appt, even one 45 minutes before the appt, asking if I've arrived! Yet once there I had to wait nearly an hour, before seeing the nurse, then once she finished taking my BP & EKG, had to sit another 15 - 20 minutes more in the exam room, before Dr. Gandhi entered. The visit entailed no more than five or ten minutes max, yet the long wait set my day's schedule off-kilter. It would be nice if a doctor is running an hour behind, that one of those frequent texts might inform me of that, so I could've taken care of one of my tasks, before the appt., instead of just sitting there all that time.
