I checked in for my annual wellness check and was given my list of medications and another page to review. I had already reviewed the medications in the online check in process the night before. I sat down and wrote my name on the second form and was called back. I never had a chance to review that! The nurse said it was fine. With the other forms that were completed on line it would be really nice if that form were available before wellness checks. It would give the patient time to focus and actually fill the form out.

I have been with Dr Chuprasava since she was with the Cartersville Family Medical Center in Cartersville GA. I transferred to her current location because I trust her. Sometimes I ask for a test or treatment, and she challenges me as to why I think I need these procedures or medication. She wants to make sure I understand what I am asking for so that I don't just ask for something I heard about and don't know anything about. She makes sure I know what I'm asking for and all pros and cons of my request. I appreciate and respect that. I would recommend her to anyone.

wonderful,, DR, Chuprasava, and staff is wonderful, they saved my life, they found my breast cancer 4yrs ago, I'm good now 4 yrs in remission, lost left breast, but I'm alive!!best careing , in GA, job well done,!!!!!!
