Tammy and Ivey, the Medical Assistants were exceptional. Tammy went above and beyond to understand my condition and connect me with the right Surgeon. Ivey, took a great deal of time to ensure my visit was a success. Dr Kelly exceeded my expectations by listening to my concerns and providing solutions. Dr Kelly called me back the very next day after consulting with Dr Fritz and offered an excellent solution.

Some front office staff do not show basic medical knowledge . The first impression of medical office is your front office staff . They need more training and or better leadership.

I think it's a little early to be doing this at the time of my consultation to scheduling. So I'm having problems with scheduling a STAT colon MRI about two months out from seeing Dr. Kelly. So it's not her fault, but I'm still not comfortable with that. So it's a little early to be doing a questionnaire. Thank you.
